Intelligent Send allows documents scanned directly into the iR1610F for
distribution to multiple destinations, to individual or groups of email
addresses, to network or host folders and files, to document management
applications as well as to other networked iRi's. This eliminates the
expense of printing, forwarding and filing hard copies and the associated
labour intensive tasks.

Connected users can manage and control jobs direct from the desktop PCs
via the Remote User Interface (RUI). Combined with their optional document
