A Super G3 fax modem transmits at a fast 3 seconds per page*, to cut your
communication costs. When sending diagrams or photos combined with text,
Canon's unique UHQ technology with 256 greyscales ensures a perfect
finish. For worry-free faxing, there's a 256- page* fax memory, so if
paper or toner runs out all incoming faxes are stored safely in memory.
Fast output speed
There's no waiting around as documents are printed or copied at a fast 18
pages per minute. Thanks to Canon's SURF technology, your printer has
virtually no warm-up time, providing instant prints.
Superb colour scanning
Place colour documents or photos on the glass platen and the LaserBase
scans them perfectly. A CCD scanner provides a high 1200 x 2400 dpi, with
true 48/24-bit colour depth capturing maximum detail in images. The time
saving 'Scan to PDF' function provides single step scanning to PDF file
format.

A 50- page Automatic Document Feeder copies or faxes large documents in a
single go, and a 250-sheet paper capacity adds to continuous productivity.
A USB 2.0 Hi-Speed interface allows large amounts of data to be
transferred rapidly between your LaserBase and a PC, so high resolution
images can be scanned quickly.
