The SmartBase MP730 Photo offers you the best available quality in an
easy-to-use All-in-One machine guaranteeing high speed and high
productivity.
QUALITY, SPEED, PRODUCTIVITY
The SmartBase MP730 Photo delivers top Canon photo print quality with
4800 x 1200 dpi and 2 picolitre consistent droplet size. Our newly
developed 'Micro-Nozzles' coupled with Advanced MicroFine Droplet
Technology™ reduce graininess to ensure you of the clearest, crispest
photo and text prints available. And, it prints and copies a phenomenal 22
pages per minute in monochrome and 14 pages per minute in colour.
DIRECT CARD PRINT
You can plug your CompactFlash™, Smart Media™, Memory Stick, Secure
Digital or MultiMedia Card straight into the SmartBase MP730 Photo's media
slot and print your digital photos without ever touching a computer. Or,
load the photos into your computer through the media slot and adjust them
using Canon's bundled software, giving you Exif Print support and Photo
Noise Reduction.
BORDERLESS PRINTING
The SmartBase MP730 Photo gives you totally borderless print and copy
output, delivering A4, 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" photo prints that look and feel
like traditional photos.
PRECISION COPYING
This machine makes 1200 x 1200 dpi colour and 600 x 600 monochrome copies
at high speed and you can reduce or enlarge your originals from 25% to
400% and fit two pages on one.
TOP-CLASS SCANNING
The SmartBase MP730 Photo offers you a 1200 x 2400 dpi scanner based on
Canon lens technology, so you get clear, clean scans every time. All Canon
scanners use fast Multi-Photo Scan so, even if you place multiple photos
on the surface, each photo you scan is saved as a separate file. And, with
Original Detection, the machine detects the presence of an image as soon
as it's placed on the glass.
QUALITY FAXING
The SmartBase MP730 Photo includes a high-speed Super G3, 33.6 kpbs fax
with colour capability, sending a full-colour page in about 60 seconds* —
and three seconds per page in monochrome*. It has enough memory to store
250 pages* of incoming faxes, so you never lose a fax, even if the machine
has run out of ink or paper. What's more, the SmartBase MP730 Photo also
features an efficient 30-sheet Automatic Document Feeder for fast copying,
scanning and faxing.
